- Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer via email upon successful payment. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. The Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Company is not liable for any delays in delivery.
- Risk and Title: Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery. Title to the Products passes to the Customer upon receipt of payment in full.

- Returns: We accept returns of unopened and undamaged Products within 30 days of delivery. The Customer must contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
